Absolutely poor communication, terrible service would not recommend to anyone trying to relocate families.

After trying to relocate for work and having to be the one to initiate communication every time. This place tried to cancel my appointment for a rental 1 hour before the showing. This is after I drove 4 hours and was waiting in town. Jess Smith was impossible to get ahold of to ask questions or even get an email to send employment verification as I was relocating and waiting on an offer letter. This property was available the night I received my letter of employment and I left a voicemail before the end of business hours asking for an email to send the info to. They did not reach out the next day even after they said they did receive my VM asking for an email. I had to call and request an email from them only to get the response that they moved ahead with a different tenant. We paid 75$ to apply and had to call constantly to get any information and ask if they needed anything else. Absolutely the worst rental property management company I have ever used and that’s saying something because I have relocated so many times for my career. Terrible!

If I could leave no stars I would. Absolutely poor communication and service. They have no email for you to contact them. My dad drove four hours just to see this place and they ended up renting to another tenant. Terrible experience don’t recommend, if you are actually looking for somewhere to move in i’d choose another company because this one is not as good as you may think.

Terrible communication, no contact email to send required info, terrible service. Moved in a different tenant after not giving me the tools I needed to send them what they needed. All-round terrible experience, won't be using this company again.

Leanne has continued to quickly respond to all phone calls and emails not only from Board members, but from all residents in our development throughout the years. Leanne has maintained a wonderful demeanor even when some have taken their frustration out on her.; not an easy position to be in. The support staff, namely Georgina and Donna, have worked tirelessly and professionally as well. Overall, these women have been a true delight to work with. I cannot recommend this company enough. You will not be disappointed!
